A lawyer who won a landmark ruling that allows the U.K. to reverse Brexit is considering what could be one of several lawsuits seeking to block any attempt to suspend Parliament to force through a no-deal departure from the bloc.
Jolyon Maugham is consulting with other lawyers on whether the case -- which may stop a future prime minister, most likely Boris Johnson, from circumventing lawmakers -- can be filed before any attempt to do so has actually been made, he said by phone on Tuesday.
