Swiss Set Quotas for U.K. Citizens in Event of No-Deal Brexit

British citizens hoping to work in Switzerland will face immigration quotas, just like people from countries such as Canada or Japan, in the event of a cliff-edge Brexit.

The government in Bern has allotted 3,500 permits for U.K. citizens for 2019, if the U.K. leaves the European Union without a deal at the end of March, according to a statement published on Wednesday.
