The rally for China’s Weibo Corp. has put the social networking site in reach of a milestone: eclipsing Twitter Inc. by market value. Less than $1.4 billion dollars separates the two. While Twitter has slumped more than 20 percent this year, Weibo’s shares have almost tripled as the company’s unrivaled dominance in the Chinese market bolsters it sales outlook.
