The Pro Football Hall of Fame avoided an embarrassing induction ceremony tomorrow by reversing course and allowing the daughter of Junior Seau to speak in honor of her late father.
But the NFL won’t be able to sidestep the issue indirectly at the heart of the controversy over Sydney Seau’s desire to speak -- that many of the league’s players are physically and mentally hobbled by a brutal sport.
