Six-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt ran his fastest time of the year in winning the 100 meters at the Sainsbury’s Anniversary Games.

Bolt, a 28-year-old Jamaican who has been slowed by a pelvic injury this season, won the race in 9.87 seconds at the Diamond League meet Friday night at London’s Olympic stadium.
