Herbalife Surges After Raising Full-Year Earnings Forecast

Herbalife Ltd., the nutrition company struggling with slowing growth and a regulatory probe, surged the most in nine months after boosting its full-year earnings forecast amid higher sales in China.

The shares jumped as much as 18 percent to $47.23 as of 9:32 a.m. in New York trading, the biggest intraday gain since July. The stock had advanced 6.3 percent this year through Tuesday’s close.
