Syracuse Bans Men’s Basketball Team From Postseason Play

Syracuse University imposed a postseason ban on its men’s basketball team this season as part of its case pending before the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s Committee on Infractions.
The university said its men’s team would not participate in the NCAA tournament, the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament or the National Invitation Tournament.
