When the enrollment period for Obamacare opens on Nov. 15, the number of insurers participating in state marketplaces will increase 25 percent. That suggests that insurance companies view the Affordable Care Act as a moneymaker. More offerings are likely to keep prices in check, but some state exchanges are still dominated by only a few carriers.
