Sept. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Several previously passed energymeasures, including bills to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline,speed energy development permits and lease sales, block EPArules and facilitate liquefied natural gas exports, would becombined under H.R. 2.
The omnibus legislation would reflect House Republicanenergy priorities by combining core proposals from 14 “billsfocusing on production, infrastructure, reliability, andefficiency” according to a Sept. 4 memo from House MajorityLeader Kevin McCarthy. Those measures include:
