Kyokuto Petroleum Industries Ltd., a venture between Exxon Mobil Corp. and Mitsui & Co., halted marine shipments of oil products from its Chiba plant, Rim Intelligence reported on its website, citing unidentified people.
There may have been an oil leak, according to the report.
