Telenor Declines as India Court Cancels Permits: Oslo Mover

Telenor ASA, the Nordic region’s largest phone company, fell the most in two months in Oslo trading after an Indian court canceled 122 mobile-phone permits, including those granted to its Indian venture Uninor.
Telenor declined as much as 3.5 percent, the most since Dec. 2 and was the biggest loser in the OBX Index, which dropped
