That’s right. Red tape proved fatal at Milan’s Santa Rita Clinic, which the Italian press has dubbed “The Clinic of Horrors.”
Indeed it’s horrific that doctors there are accused of performing unnecessary surgeries that claimed that lives of five patients and left others permanently maimed.
