Chang Shu is the Chief Asia Economist for Bloomberg Economics. She previously worked at the Bank for International Settlements, Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Bank of England. She edited “Currency internationalisation: global experiences and implications for the renminbi” and “Cross-border financial linkages in Asia and the Pacific: implications for systemic risks.” She is based in Hong Kong.
